A Generally, you will find the solutions in the manual. But if still can not solve the problem, please contact with the after-sale service department or the sales person by email or phone. We will reply you within 24 hours.
Q How to install the machines?

Two ways:
1, customer send technician to our factory to learn how to adjust machine, we train them with free.
2, we can send our engineer abroad to adjust machine and train workers.

Usually To fold gauze swabs 5x5cm, 7.5x7.5cm, 10x10cm, -8ply, 12ply ,16ply which can meet standard of America and Europe, other sizes also can be made on users’ special request.

A The machine will have one year warranty which will begin from the customer receive the machines. During the warranty year we will replace parts which are damaged (except man-make damage) to you.
